About Us:

Spire Digi Solution is a multi-diverse digital agency specializing in AI, Machine Learning, Python automation, web development, digital marketing, and eCommerce (Shopify & WordPress).
We are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated Upwork Bidder who can help us acquire quality projects and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write and submit high-quality, customized proposals on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms.
  • Identify potential clients and understand their requirements.
  • Communicate with leads, follow up, and schedule calls for the sales or technical team.
  • Maintain a record of bids, conversions, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, marketing) to prepare accurate project estimates.

Requirements:

✅ Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive in a digital agency.
✅ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
✅ Strong understanding of IT, Web Development, Shopify, WordPress, and Digital Marketing projects.
✅ Ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive proposals.
✅ Knowledge of lead generation and client management tools (like CRM or Excel tracking).

Nice to Have:

⭐ Experience with LinkedIn lead generation or cold outreach.
⭐ Understanding of AI, automation, or SaaS-based projects.
⭐ Basic technical knowledge to discuss project scope confidently.
