We are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated Upwork Bidder who can help us acquire quality projects and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and submit high-quality, customized proposals on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms.
• Identify potential clients and understand their requirements.
• Communicate with leads, follow up, and schedule calls for the sales or technical team.
• Maintain a record of bids, conversions, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, marketing) to prepare accurate project estimates.

Requirements:

✅ Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive in a digital agency. ✅ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. ✅ Strong understanding of IT, Web Development, Shopify, WordPress, and Digital Marketing projects. ✅ Ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive proposals. ✅ Knowledge of lead generation and client management tools (like CRM or Excel tracking).

Nice to Have:

⭐ Experience with LinkedIn lead generation or cold outreach. ⭐ Understanding of AI, automation, or SaaS-based projects. ⭐ Basic technical knowledge to discuss project scope confidently.

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a versatile Shopify & WordPress Developer who can handle both eCommerce and CMS projects efficiently. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who understands both design aesthetics and backend logic — capable of building high-performing, visually appealing, and conversion-driven websites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify and WordPress websites.
• Create custom Shopify themes and WordPress plugins/themes from scratch.
• Integrate and configure third-party apps, APIs, and payment gateways.
• Optimize website speed, SEO performance, and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with our AI and design teams to bring innovative features to life.
• Troubleshoot bugs, manage updates, and ensure smooth deployment.

Required Skills:

✅ Strong hands-on experience in Shopify (Liquid) and WordPress (PHP, Elementor, or custom themes). ✅ Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery. ✅ Familiarity with Shopify APIs, REST APIs, and third-party integrations. ✅ Understanding of web performance optimization and SEO fundamentals. ✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have):

⭐ Experience with Shopify Plus or WooCommerce. ⭐ Familiarity with React.js, Node.js, or Python-based web automation. ⭐ Knowledge of AI-based web personalization tools or chatbots. ⭐ Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or UI/UX design.
